Curtis is a 27 year veteran of Law Enforcement. Reaching the rank of Captain, Curtis has worked in almost every Division over his extensive career. He has been called upon as an instructor in various fields and has taught in Police Academies and Law Enforcement Agencies across the state.
Curtis was certified by the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy as a Police Firearms Instructor in revolver and semi-automatic handguns, shotgun and rifle. As a member of the SWAT team, he rose to the rank of SWAT Commander. He held certifications as a SWAT Sniper Instructor and SWAT Tactical Operations Instructor. He is also a certified NRA Firearms Instructor.
He has been tasked with the training of new recruits, experienced officers, SWAT Snipers, and SWAT Team Members, both in the classroom and on the shooting range. He has developed approved training lesson plans, training guides, and firearms courses. Curtis offers Active Shooter courses around the community with an emphasis on what businesses and business leaders need to know from the safety perspective. With his vast experience in firearms, training, the law, and law enforcement in general Curtis brings a real life view to his instruction that can rarely be matched by other instructors.
Debbie has been a corporate and government agency trainer since 1992. She has developed, implemented, and delivered a variety of training courses over her career. As a trainer and manager over corporate training functions, she has traveled across the country and has been called upon to train large corporations.
Her extensive background in organizational development and facilitated learning techniques enhance the adult training process and allow the participants to get the most out of their training experience.
Debbie maintains certifications in a variety of training disciplines to include Achieve Global Leadership Courses, Center for Creative Leadership, Myers Briggs qualifications, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Debbie offers consulting services for leadership, supervisory, and HR related training.
Debbie holds a certification as an NRA Firearms Instructor and continues to hold a Concealed Carry Permit. As such, not only has she participated in the firearms instruction and permit process, but she believes in what she teaches, our 2nd Ammendment rights, and imparts her knowledge on others for their own personal growth. She is an example that firearms training isn't just about men and that women don't have to be victims.
Todd is a 27 year veteran of Law Enforcement. As head of a Law Enforcement agency, Todd has been called upon by our communities to protect life and property. He is also responsible to ensure his Law Enforcement Officers are properly trained in the law, firearms, and many other fields.
Part of Todd's career included the position of Coordinator of the Police Training Academy. He was tasked with various In-Service and Advanced training of the department's Law Enforcement Officers. He too has been called upon as an Instructor in various fields and has taught in Police Academies and Law Enforcement Agencies across the state.
Todd was certified by the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy as a Police Firearms Instructor in revolver and semi-automatic handguns, shotgun and rifle. As a member of the SWAT team, he rose to the rank of Sniper Team Leader. He held certifications as a SWAT Sniper Instructor along with his Firearms Instructor certification.
He has been tasked with the training of new recruits, experienced officers and SWAT Snipers, with both classroom exercises and on the shooting range. He has been involved with the development of approved training lesson plans, training guides, and firearms courses. With his vast experience in firearms, training, the law, and law enforcement in general Todd proves to be an asset to the training function that most instructors cannot attain.

Ryan was a member of the U.S. Junior Shooting Team. He began teaching firearms instruction at Unity College, Maine in 2007. He introduced Pistol Classes and Moving Techniques as well as providing rifle and shotgun techniques to new shooters. Ryan instructed students on Basic Medical for Trauma Wounds and provided education of Firearms Ballistics.
He began working for National Park Service Law Enforcement Division seasonally where he learned Team Tactics, Advanced Tactics, Combat Tracking and furthered his firearms training.
Ryan has worked for varous firearms dealers and his experience in training, firearms, ammunition and techniques is a valued asset to our training team.
